Job templates may be created to process common recurring jobs such as winterizations and 20 hour services. Job codes and flat rate are supported. Warranty claims may be efficiently billed and tracked. Internal charges on prep/rigging work order charges are applied to the cost of the inventoried boat when billed. Internal jobs such as lot/vehicle maintenance and policy work may be expensed to their appropriate general ledger accounts. Service managers may run ready-made reports or create their own custom reports to view important information such as technician productivity, work in progress, parts usage and sales activity ( by labor code). Reports may be saved in multiple formats, including Microsoft Excel.
